1. Connectez-vous à votre compte client sur https://www.zalando.fr/ et cliquez sur la rubrique « Bons cadeaux et avoirs ».
2. Saisissez le code de réduction dans le champ correspondant et cliquez sur « Valider ». 3. Le montant sera crédité directement sur votre compte client, prêt à être utilisé pour une prochaine commande.
4. Vous pouvez également l'utiliser lors du processus de commande : saisissez le code dans le champ « Saisissez votre code promo ». Le montant de la carte sera déduit du montant total de votre commande.
5. En cas d'utilisation partielle du montant de votre carte cadeau, le montant restant sera crédité sur votre compte client.


1. Log in to your customer account on https://www.zalando.fr/and click on the “Gift vouchers and credits” section. 
2. Enter the discount code in the corresponding field and click “Validate”. 3. The amount will be credited directly to your customer account, ready to be used for a future order. 
4. You can also use it during the ordering process: enter the code in the “Enter your promo code” field. The amount of the card will be deducted from the total amount of your order. 
5. In the event of partial use of the amount of your gift card, the remaining amount will be credited to your customer account.
