Go to the account section on the Swiggy app.
Click on 'Swiggy Money' link to access the Swiggy wallet powered by ICICI.
Complete minimum KYC, if not already done. It can be done digitally.
Click on the 'Add Voucher' link (on the top right corner) on the Swiggy Money page. 
Enter the unique voucher code & PIN shared with you in the relevant fields.
Once the right voucher code & PIN are added, the amount will be added to your Swiggy wallet powered by ICICI.
Once the voucher's validity has expired, it cannot be extended.
Once the voucher is redeemed on the Swiggy Money page in the app, the money added to your wallet will not expire.
