E-voucher MobiFone sẽ không được thay thế / hoàn trả nếu bị thất lạc, mất cắp hoặc hết hạn sử dụng. MobiFone không chịu trách nhiệm đối với e-voucher MobiFone đã được đổi hoặc sử dụng sai mục đích của bất kỳ ai không phải là người nhận. MobiFone e-voucher không được cấp lại / gia hạn sau khi hết hạn sử dụng. MobiFone e-voucher không được dùng để mua các voucher MobiFone khác. E-voucher MobiFone chỉ được sử dụng một lần. Không thể nạp / nạp lại e-voucher MobiFone. MobiFone e-voucher không được hủy / hoàn tiền.  

MobiFone e-voucher is not a cash voucher. MobiFone e-voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit. MobiFone e-voucher will not be replaced/refunded if lost, stolen or expired. MobiFone is not responsible for MobiFone e-vouchers that have been changed or misused by anyone other than the recipient. MobiFone e-voucher is not re-issued/renewable after the expiry date. MobiFone e-voucher cannot be used to buy other MobiFone vouchers. MobiFone e-voucher can only be used once. MobiFone e-voucher cannot be loaded/recharged. MobiFone e-voucher is non-cancellable/refundable.
