Redemption Instructions

  Cotton On Group gift cards can be redeemed Online or In Store across all seven brands - Cotton On, Cotton On Body, Cotton On Kids, Rubi, Typo, Supré, and Factorie. The choice is all yours!
  Online: To redeem your gift card Online, simply enter the gift card number and pin in the Redeem Gift Card box on the checkout page. The amount will be deducted from your gift card and any remaining balance can be applied to a future purchase. 
  In Store: To redeem your gift card In Store, simply present your gift card when making your purchase. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from your gift card and any remaining balance can be applied to a future purchase. No change will be given.


Check Gift Card Balance: 

  You can check your gift card balance online by adding it to the Redeem Gift Card box on the checkout page.  If there is a balance remaining, then it will apply the amount to the balance owing.
