Vouchery elektroniczne są realizowane w naszych kawiarniach poprzez skanowanie kodu QR lub podania  kodu znajdującego się na voucherze. Można go zrealizować w każdej kawiarni COSTA COFFEE na terenie Polski, adresy kawiarni znajdują się na stronie https://www.costacoffee.pl/lokalizacja.
Przed rozpoczęciem transakcji, należy pokazać Bariście voucher z kodem i poinformować, że chcemy zrealizować płatność za jego pomocą;
Wartość nabywcza Vouchera odpowiada jego nominałowi i można realizować go na wszytskie produkty z oferty Costa Coffee;
Każdy voucher posiada unikalny QR code lub kod alfanumeryczny;
Voucher jest jednorazowy i można nim zapłacić za jedną transakcję. Jeśli wartość zamówienia przewyższa nominał można dopłacić różnicę. W przypadku, gdy wartość zakupionego towaru jest niższa niż nominał vouchera nie wydajemy reszty;
Vouchery mogą być realizowane przez użytkowników wyłącznie przed zakończeniem jego daty ważności, umieszczonej na grafice lub karcie;

Electronic vouchers are redeemed in our cafes by scanning the QR code or entering the code on the voucher. It can be redeemed at any COSTA COFFEE café in Poland, the café addresses can be found at https://www.costacoffee.pl/lokalizacja.
Before starting the transaction, show the voucher with the code to the Barista and inform that you want to make a payment using it;
The purchase value of the Voucher corresponds to its nominal value and it can be redeemed for all products from the Costa Coffee offer;
Each voucher has a unique QR code or alphanumeric code;
The voucher is single-use and can be used to pay for one transaction. If the order value exceeds the nominal value, you can pay the difference. If the value of the purchased goods is lower than the nominal value of the voucher, we do not give change;
Vouchers can be redeemed by users only before the expiry date indicated on the graphic or card;
Other issues related to the redemption of Vouchers are regulated by the Regulations.
