All Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Products purchased using a Gift Card are not refundable in cash but only store credit.

Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
Amount of store credits held in the Zalora Wallet shall not exceed S$1,000 (or the equivalent in the local currency) at any one time.
Wallet store credits derived from gift cards are only valid for one (1) year from the date of deposit of the store credits into the Zalora wallet.
